Cure

Curing is the post-harvest aging process where dried cannabis flower is sealed in jars or curing bags for weeks, with periodic burping to release moisture. Proper curing dramatically improves smell, flavor, smoothness of smoke, and storage stability. Under-cured flower smells like fresh hay; properly cured flower smokes to clean white ash.
