Spliff
aka mixed joint
A spliff is a cannabis-and-tobacco joint, more common in Europe and the Caribbean than in the US. The tobacco extends the cannabis and gives a steadier burn but adds nicotine and tobacco-specific health risks.
Example: He still rolls spliffs the way he learned in London.
